Every year, the garden grew back around her, like it knew she’d return. The trees bent a little lower, and the flowers stretched toward her hands. She never spoke — but the wind always changed when she opened her eyes.

Your print will be ready to ship within 1-4 business days.
Smaller prints are shipped flat in a rigid mailer, while larger prints are rolled and shipped in a robust mailing tube for maximum protection.
Every order includes tracking.
- United States, United Kingdom & Europe: 2-6 business days.
- Australia & Canada: 4-7 business days.
- Rest of the World: 7-15 business days.
Please note that these are average delivery times. Actual times may vary depending on local holidays and customs processing.
Are custom fees included in the shipping price?
We work with fulfillment centers in the UK, US, Australia and EU and our prints will be shipped from the nearest fulfillment center to your location, therefore in most cases custom fees won't apply upon arrival. For some countries import fees may apply and these are the responsibility of the customer.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept card payments, PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
Can I track my order?
All packages are tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Can I change my address?
You may change your address as long as you contact us before your order has shipped at hello@carlallanos.co.uk
Are the prints framed?
We do not offer framed prints at the moment but we are working hard to add this as an option very soon.
What happens if my print arrives damaged?
To ensure your print arrives safely, we ship your print in a robust mailing tube but if by any chance your order arrives damaged, all you have to do is send us some photos of both the print and the packaging to hello@carlallanos.co.uk and we will send you a replacement ASAP.
Can I add a personalised note to my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to add personalised notes to your parcels at this time.
Are the prints hand signed by Sandra?
Only limited edition prints and original paintings are hand signed by the artist.
Size of prints with beige border?
Prints that are shown to have a beige border surrounding the artwork is part of the print design and is included on the overall size of the print.
What is a fine art print?
The difference between a fine art print and a regular poster, is that a fine art print is printed in very high quality acid-free paper, using a printing technique called Giclée that produces rich and saturated colours guaranteed to last for years without losing its original beauty.

Through all the countries I’ve lived in, I’ve carried many colors, cultures, and memories with me. I paint because I needed a world of my own, a place of calm and belonging. Becoming a mother changed everything; it made me see the world slower, more deeply. My paintings grow from that slower seeing: quiet mornings, bright tables, and moments where women are both tender and strong. I paint to belong. I paint lively places where I feel safe and whole.
